The chill pill immediately reduced my anxiety once I was fidgeting with it. Need to practice with it a bit more because quite often it’ll pinch the skin of my palm when the two halves come together. I love the way it looks and the weight of it. My specific chill pill did come with a dent on one of the halves unfortunately, otherwise it was perfect.
